The purpose of teaching evaluation is to provide systematic insight into students' experiences and their assessment of teaching. The feedback is used as an important basis for planning the further development of courses and selecting the most appropriate teaching methods, activities, and content that support student learning.

You will receive an email initiating the process around September 1–15 (fall courses) or February 1–15 (spring courses).

Course coordinators and colleagues who were assigned in step 1 will have access to the evaluation report the day after the last evaluation date.
The report is updated overnight.
Example: If the last evaluation date is December 12, you, as the course administrator, can access the report on December 13.
