Language check of grant applications

Healths interdisciplinary research networks can apply for funding to have their grant applications copyedited before submission.

What can you apply for?

Funding for copyediting of grant applications. Copyediting is a linguistic review and includes help with the structure and wording and a proofreading of the application.

Which projects are eligible for copyediting funding?

Interdisciplinary projects involving researchers from at least three different organisations.

In addition to researchers from Health, the project must include at least one collaborator from a faculty other than Health, one collaborator from a national/international institution, or one collaborator from a company or similar.

The application must provide an account of the interdisciplinary elements in the project.

As a starting point, the application should target funding in the range of DKK 2-10 million. However, this will depend on an individual assessment of each project, including the size of the academic environment involved in the project.

The copyediting funds must be spent by the end of 2024

Who can apply?

Members of Healths interdisciplinary research networks. All applicants must be a member of the relevant network.

When is the deadline for applications?

We review applications on an ongoing basis, so there is no deadline.

However, note that we close for applications on 1 December 2024.

When will I receive a response to my application?

There is a 14-day processing time. You will be notified by email.
