Hiring and salaries

If a person is already employed at Aarhus University in the same position and the person’s salary is to be funded from your project

• Inform your project controller about the period during which the person’s salary should be funded from the project.

If the person is not already employed in the given position at Aarhus University, you have two options:

• Hire a named person for a new position
• Create a job posting to find the right candidate

In both cases, you must contact HR, Faculty of Health Sciences to initiate the hiring process.

HR will send a request for financial approval to your project controller.

• If you have already clarified the financials with your project controller, the approval will be processed quickly.
• Otherwise, the project controller will contact you if there are any questions.
