Register your grant application in ReAp

All departments at Health are required to register all grant applications in ReAp. Registration provides an important overview of research activity and financial planning across the faculty’s departments.

What is ReAp?

ReAp (Research Applications) is the university’s online system for registering grant applications

It helps ensure that funding applications are properly documented and aligned with the university’s financial and reporting obligations.

Why register in ReAp?

Registration in ReAp is mandatory and it offers several benefits:

  • Department management gains a clear overview of upcoming grants and applications.
  • The finance department can plan more effectively.
  • You and your colleagues gain insights into success rates with various funding bodies.

In short, ReAp strengthens both administration and strategic research management

Which applications should be registered?

All grant applications must be registered - regardless of the funding amount or source.

Exception: At the Department of Clinical Medicine, only applications exceeding DKK 100,000 need to be registered.

When should you register?

You must register your application:

  • When the application is submitted
  • When you receive a response — whether it is a grant or a rejection
