Novo Nordisk Foundation Funding Opportunities - Information Meeting

All interested staff at AU is invited to an information meeting with NNF on November 4th between 13:00– 15:00. The meeting is your opportunity to learn about NNF’s strategy and funding programmes within:

• Biomedical Research
• Clinical Medicine & Endocrinology
• Biotech
• Agri-Food
• Innovation
• Education & Outreach
• Grant management

The meeting will begin with a general introduction to NNF and its funding opportunities, followed by the chance to engage in one-on-one discussions with relevant scientific officers from NNF during the breakout sessions. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to discuss specific questions regarding the foundation’s programs and your project ideas. 

The meeting, which will be conducted in English, is relevant for both researchers and research support staff. It is possible to attend the first part of the meeting online (13:00-14:00), however it will not be possible to ask questions or participate in the 1 to 1 dialogue. 13:00 – Welcome by Per Brøndsted Höllsberg, Vice-dean for Research, Faculty of Health.

13:10 – Presentation of NNF strategy and overview of funding opportunities in open competition by Ulla Gro Nielsen, Director, Head of Technical Sciences

14:00 - 1 to 1 dialogue with NNF Scientific Officers for the individual support areas.

15:00 - End of meeting.
