Addressing obstacles in health and healthcare requires a whole systems approach that supports collaboration between clinicians and academics and the populations we serve.

Acknowledging integrated clinical and academic approaches as both a challenge and a solution, this event will bring together an international audience of clinicians, academics and managers to share knowledge and learning from a range of different models.

There will be themed sessions, consisting of presentations, case studies and panels focusing on starting, delivering and evaluating the different models with the overall aim of sharing knowledge and experiences across different countries and health systems and to establish a more formal international network and partnership.
