PhD and Talent Administration for Health, Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences

PhD and Talent Administration for Health, Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences is responsible for the administration of the respective graduate schools at the faculties. A total of approx. 1,400 PhD students and approx. 70 research year students.

The administrative unit undertakes administrative tasks in connection with e.g. job advertisements, enrolments, fellowship/scholarship awards, HR and personnel administration, assessments, statistics and doctoral dissertations etc.

In addition, the PhD and Talent Administration is also responsible for the administration and holding of approx. 150 PhD courses annually as well as continuing education courses for medical doctors.

There are approx. 30 employees in the unit.

Doctoral Dissertations

HE PhD Administration accepts higher doctoral dissertations and undertakes the consideration of the assessment process together with the administrative support of the higher doctoral dissertation committee.
